Carolina Flight Staff and Coaches

The Carolina Flight Coaching staff brings a diverse group of individuals from varying backgrounds as players, coaches, and parents together to provide a learning environment to teach not only lacrosse but positive life-skills and values.

The Coaching staff is committed to providing our athletes with elite level instruction and coaching during both practice and tournament games.  They strive to be positive role models for our girls and are dedicated to helping them achieve their goals on and off the lacrosse field.  Our coaches also provide assistance and support with navigating the recruiting process for those girls desiring to play at the collegiate level.
